Meet Design Lead: Cindy Adem
Cindy is not your typical design lead. With a background in technology and a lifelong practice as an artist, she designs for something a bit more intentional- the human moments that happen inside a space.
Before a single piece is sourced, she is already imagining the guest who will arrive tired from a long flight, the couple having their first morning coffee, the executive who needs the room to feel like a reset. She builds for those moments. The result is spaces that feel less like they were decorated, and more like they were written. As if someone read the occupant's mind and prepared the room in advance.
Her aesthetic is shaped by years of travel across India, South Africa, the Americas, and beyond. She hand-picks pieces from those journeys, commissions custom work when nothing off the shelf will do, and holds every decision to a standard that goes beyond beauty: does this serve the person who will live inside it?
To deliver that, Cindy works with a hand-selected team of contractors, designers, and architects- each chosen for their ability to meet not just the client's expectations, but her own lofty standards.
